The first content unit of the MOOC course includes the definition and history of Digital Literacy and Media Literacy, the DigComp Framework, and the importance of having access to scientific knowledge as a strategy to combat disinformation.
The second unit of the MOOC course includes insights regarding Learning communities, Dialogic Learning and the impact of SEAs.
The unit aims to provide insights on how to use DMLs to promote critical thinking in order to promote the European Union values and combat disinformation. To do that it includes key concepts, methodologies and practical examples on the topic.
The fourth and final unit of the MOOC course includes a run through the experience of following the desinfoEND curriculum, with testimonials, pictures and multimedia from the progress.
